Be the key strategic driver in developing and executing our Reliability Strategy
- Role flexible to be based in Chullora NSW, Dandenong VIC or Springwood QLD
- 18 months Fixed Term Contract
Reporting to our Head of Operational Excellence ANZ, the National Maintenance Manager is responsible for the development and safe execution of our National Asset Health Strategy to ensure sustainable benefits across our sites in Australia and New Zealand. This role is flexible to be based in Chullora NSW, Dandenong VIC or Springwood QLD and will have the requirement to travel to our sites Australia wide.
Purpose of the Role
- Develop, execute, and drive the ongoing Asset Health Strategy for Tip Top
- Provide leadership and governance to deliver best practice asset reliability systems and support to the on sites operational maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategies and processes to embed the use of reliability tools and systems to drive performance in line with the Strategy
- Advocate for long term asset health by proactively coaching and mentoring teams to improve outcomes and service delivery
- Provide engineering technical assistance to plants as required for major plant breakdowns and key plant efficiency initiatives
- Ensure safety is a priority in all work
- Provide and execute future roadmap for Asset Health systems and ensure site compliance
- Ensure robust Asset Health KPIs are in place, tracked and have clear action plans assigned
- Lead key reliability projects with ANZ impact
About You
- 5+ years Maintenance management experience
- FMCG food industry experience would be highly favourable
- Understanding of key performance drivers within the manufacturing and supply chain
- Stakeholder engagement/influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
- Demonstrated effectiveness in team performance, engagement and process improvement
- Proven track record of managing change
