**Lilyfield Early Learning Centre (Lilyfield)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with the Educational Leader and other team members to provide outstanding care and education to the children
- Participate in meetings with staff
- Be willing to be mentored by others
- Work with the team to document children's learning and provide an individually based curriculum
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Commitment to providing a quality curriculum
- Commitment to implement the NQS and EYLF

**Essential Criteria**:

- You will be willing to obtain a certificate III or diploma through our traineeship program
- WWWC, current first aid certificate, current asthma and anaphylaxis training, or a willingness to obtain
