**As a qualified educator you will take on the role of a Room Leader ot an educator assisting the Room Leader**

**Skills & requirements**:

- Diploma of Children's Services or Degree holders in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 1 years' experience in early childhood services and new ECT graduates are encouraged to apply
- Current First aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
- Current Working with Children Check (NSW)
- Child protection
- Good understanding of NQS and EYLF
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work with the team to document each child's learning and provide a holistic curriculum
- Commitment to ongoing professional development

**Key responsibilities included but are not limited to**:

- Implementation of a high quality educational program.
- Develop and maintain high quality documentation and keeping staff and families abreast.
- Effectively communicate with team members to ensure smooth running of the daily routines and general operation of the centre.
- Enhance children’s developmental areas based on their interests.
- Interact and supervise indoor/outdoor activities.
- Develop and build long term professional relationships with co-workers, families and children.
