Styling Manager- Witchery

The Role

The role of the Styling Manager is responsible for the styling strategy and direction for Witchery. They will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Stylists to delivery all outfit styling for Witchery campaigns, eStore and content shoots, as well as managing the eStore creative process, styling and production.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and execute the styling direction for all on-body and still life photography for brand campaigns, editorials, website, eDMs, VM and social media, presented to stakeholders for each range month, including inputting into the content planning process, pre styling the looks and product styling on shoot, ensuring the outfits are on brand and drive a commercial outcome
- Set the Witchery brand guidelines for styling across apparel and accessories that is aspirational and on brand, working in partnership with the Creative Manager
- Collaborate with Creative Manager to style and shoot additional flat-lay photography when required
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to style and shoot social influencer and Style Collective content when required
- Provide styling and production assistance for customer facing and internal events e.g. PR and Local Area Marketing events, media showings, board presentations and in-house events when required
- Lead, develop and execute Witchery’s end to end eStore photography process, including creative concepts, talent and crew procurement, preparation of styling documents, pre styling the looks, product styling on set, editing images on set, post-production, retouching and asset delivery storage across all photography and video assets, ensuring all elements are delivered on brand, in time and on budget for the primary purpose of selling online
- Set the Witchery brand guidelines for product photography across apparel and accessories ensuring the wider team is inducted and they are adhered to, working in partnership with the Creative Manager
- Ensure there is an appropriate, high performing styling team assisting eStore shoots
- Oversee Website Merchandising to ensure it is consistent with the brand guidelines and product is presented in the best way to improve conversion and sales
- In partnership with Group Procurement, constantly strive to find the most efficient and effective process to shoot eStore photography
- Key agency partner for the brands photography studio and managing their day to day output and performance
- Manage external Department Store and Marketplace photography requirements where required
- Samples are effectively managed and photography are completed efficiently with all images meeting brand expectations
- Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry, working on shoot production and styling across stills and video
- Experience in managing and developing a team
- Strong technical styling skills ‘on body’ and still life
- Passionate about creative and styling
- Well-developed time management and organisation skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
