**About the role**

This is a key leadership position within the organisation and as the Positive Behaviour Support & Allied Health Manager, you will play a key role in the management of a small but growing team of clinicians in ensuring therapy & PBS services and compliance with NDIS practice standards and relevant legislative requirements are met whilst working closely with OHS teams.

You will establish and maintain a framework that all team members have to adhere to, to enable the promotion of customer independence, actively participate and contribute to strategic planning, evaluate behaviour support plans developed by the team and lead & supervise the team to ensure staff growth, development and a high quality service is provided to clients.

**To succeed in this role this is what you will need**
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work or Speech Pathology
- Full membership with relevant body (AHPRA, SPA or AASW)
- NDIS PBS Registered (or willingness to become registered)
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading allied health and/or positive behaviour support teams
- Demonstrated experience in developing positive behaviour support frameworks
