The ORS Positive Behaviour Support division is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join us You will join a national team of 300+ Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners. Our clinicians have qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Education, Nursing & Criminology and they provide clinical services to NDIS participants aged 0-65. You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses and disability types.

We are confident that with our training & onboarding program, our ongoing support & our passion for excellence we will be able to mould you into an amazing Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Your day to day duties will involve working with allied health practitioners, support workers and family members to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients. You will assess and observe participants challenging behaviours and work towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce the use of restrictive practices.
Positive Behaviour Support plans and assessments focus on increasing a person’s quality of life including improving their skills and enhancing their independence. You will develop a plan and implement with training and regular follow up and review.

**A few requirements**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Board-Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA), Teaching, Social Work, Social Sciences, Criminology, Health Science, Allied Health or Nursing
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses (desirable)
- A car and licence
