**This role is responsible for**:

- providing a trauma informed intake and assessment of clients presenting situation
- referral to appropriate specialist homelessness service providers and other external agencies
- provide advocacy for clients as required
- support clients to successfully engage with services
- access to crisis shelter accommodation

**About You**:

- You will have demonstrated experience in Community Services Sector as well as:_
- Diploma level qualifications or equivalent
- Data Base entry, computer skills, time management
- Knowledge of the Homelessness sector, Domestic Violence awareness and an understanding of Youth culture
