**Your new company**

This brand is a highly successful and internationally recognised luxury retailer, and you will be joining their beautiful boutique in Melbourne's CBD.

**Your new role**
- Welcome and handle the clients up to the standards of the boutique and brand (In the Boutique, on the phone or by mail or during events)
- Adapt communication style to suit each client's needs in order to offer the appropriate service.
- Participate in inventory management/stocktake.
- The ability to ensure that all opportunities are maximised through displaying premium customer service to all clientele.
- You will be accountable for the achievement of your daily sales targets and KPI benchmarks.
- The ability to maintain and build upon long, lasting relationships with your clientele.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in luxury retail and VIP clientele.
- You will have a passion for making sales and have drive and ambition.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong in English and at least another local language e.g. Mandarin
- Very well presented
- Can perform well under pressure and ability to multi-task
