What is the role?
As the Assistant Venue Manager for our UPCOMING BRAND-NEW Zone Bowling Southland venue, you'll help run this multi-faceted venue and be an inspiring leader to our team. You'll have the chance to influence the success of this venue and champion our values every day Supported by the Venue Manager, you'll ensure our guest experience is second to none.
- This is the perfect opportunity to show off your merchandising skills & upskill in people & financial management
We are looking for someone to start on 19th May 2025 for training, in preparation for our grand opening on 14th June 2025
- Who are you?
- You hold a valid WWCC or are willing to obtain one
- You hold a valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
- A hands-on and effective leader with experience in managing within a multi-faceted retail, hospitality or entertainment venue
- A proactive and innovative leader who can achieve results and inspire your team to push just as hard as you
- A strong relationship builder who effortlessly creates amazing experiences for our corporate & social group bookings
- A speedy learner with a good understanding of the financial management of a business
- Passionate about guest experience and ensuring everyone leaves your venue smiling
