What is the role?
As the Food & Beverage Manager for our UPCOMING BRAND-NEW Zone Bowling Southland venue, you'll lead our F&B team with passion and a nurturing style. You'll be the go-to expert on all things food & beverage, championing our values every day This is a greay way to show off your stock & people management skills
Supported by the Venue Manager, you'll ensure our guest experience is second to none.
- Who are you?
- You hold a valid RSA or are willing to obtain one
- A hands-on and effective leader with sound knowledge of running a food and/or beverage business
- Driven to proactively increase sales and drive better business results by creating and leading a high-performing guest service team
- A strong relationship builder who effortlessly creates amazing experiences for our corporate & social group bookings
- Passionate about service standards and able to instill the same pride in your team
