**About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to take lead in managing optimal use of Metro North property (land and buildings) and expenditure / revenue lease matters in so far as they relate to health service provision, on behalf of Metro North Health (MNH) and in line with service priorities.

About you

Provide leadership, management and oversight for all property activities across MNH, in accordance with agreed strategic directions.
Liaise with Finance Department to maintain currency of MN Asset Register in so far as it relates to land and buildings.
Ensure MNH statutory responsibilities, which came with transfer of ownership of land and buildings from the Department of Health to MNH in 2014, are upheld.
Review and update property management policies, procedures and standards in particular around space and lease management.
