Job description
Teddy Bear Corner OSHC is currently looking for educational assistants to join our team Must be 18 or over and have a driver's licence with no conditions.
Duties
- Implement the centre program based upon My Time Our Place Framework for school aged children
- Assist with the development of programs that are high quality and age appropriate
- With effective supervision and engagement provide a fun and safe environment for children
- Provide a high quality service to children, parents and the local community
- Work as part of a passionate, motivated team of educators
Skills and Experience
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, including ability to understand resource manuals and provide instructions
- Good interpersonal skills, i.e. positive, friendly, and sensitive attitude towards children, families and staff
- National police check and working with children check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Qualification in Childcare (desirable)
