**About the role and where you will be working**:
To provide a gardening service as part of a team of gardeners under the supervision of a Horticulturalist Team Leader. This position is located at various independent living villages across Perth Metro. This position will have access to a company ute.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Work with the Team Leader to develop and implement a plan for improved horticultural practices.
- Responsible for managing gardens, grounds, and lawns across our various village sites.
- Community and residential garden areas.
- Mowing, trimming, tree cutting and pruning.
- Maintenance of all lawns and turf.
- Safe work practices.
