As a **Consultant, ECOM Reporting,** you will be joining our Customer Decisioning Team driving excellence by owning it.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Deliver dashboards and insights to monitor the customer onboarding experience, supporting process improvement and compliance requirements.
- Identify and curate relevant data sources for Power BI dashboards to ensure accurate and actionable reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate data inputs and align dashboard metrics with business goals.
- Maintain and enhance dashboard functionality to support continuous improvement and user engagement.

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- SQL, data engineering skills
- Databricks, Postgres
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated Power BI design and development
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Exposure to banking industry is highly desirable
