We’re excited that we are looking to expand our team and we’re on the hunt for great Community Support Workers. Both casual and part-time positions are available. **Requirements**: **The Role** We’re on the lookout for experienced, reliable, dedicated, compassionate and empathetic Community Support Workers who want to make a difference by supporting our participants in reaching their aspirations and leading fulfilling lives. **What you’ll be doing**: As a Community Support Worker at Incluso Services you will be working within the community to support the day-to-day needs of our participants such as providing personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and personal development. You'll have the opportunity to forge strong connections with your participants, gaining insight into their needs, preferences, and goals.
