One of Australasia's leading real estate groups, with a strong team culture. The group has specialists in residential, commercial, rural property and livestock sales plus leasing, marine, property management and off the plan projects. They now seek an experienced Group Marketing Coordinator to join the Surfers Paradise location.

**Your new role**

A rare opportunity has arisen to join the Marketing Team at our Headquarters in Surfers Paradise.

You will be an experienced all round Marketing Coordinator with exemplary skills in managing internal and external customer relationships, taking the concept through to implementation, have a positive “can do” approach, and pride yourself on delivering creative, quality marketing solutions.

With 3 years + experience, you will be ready to take your career to another notch and bring your energy and passion to our team
- Coordinating Projects and Prospecting
- Liaising with suppliers/external companies
- Liaising with Corporate office
- After sales programs
- Award submissions & content
- Quarterly auction marketing campaigns
- Overseeing the marketing team and goals
- Solution Focused
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
- Event management; Auction events / community events
- Ability to create strategic marketing solutions for the wider company and business units.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Essential qualifications & skills
- Bachelors degree in marketing (or related field) or 5 years relevant experience
- A Visionary - you can always see the big picture and company vision
- Understand the objectives of the company and can implement and coordinate plans to achieve goals
- Copywriting for a range of company documents, proposals & submissions
- Internal & external stakeholder management
- Marketing all-rounder with demonstrated experience in negotiation, managing budgets and working in a range of programs (content management systems, databases & emarketing systems)

Desirable
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Indesign, Photoshop)
- Basic Graphic Design skills
- Real Estate Industry experience
