**How will I help?**
We have multiple opportunities for Team Member roles in our Consumer Lending Verification team, based at Kogarah. In your new role, you will provide our customers with an exceptional customer experience whilst fulfilling their requests. Your responsibilities will include taking inbound calls from customers, completing customer requests, and working with stakeholders across the group to achieve outcomes for our customers.
The role provides support to our unsecured lending customers both internal and external, as well as for card originations and maintenance activities for our Corporate, Business and High Value Customers.
This position will be based onsite at our Kogarah office, with set shift times of 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday. You will be office-based during the initial training period, with the opportunity to then transition to a hybrid arrangement.

**What do I need?**
- Knowledge and awareness of end-to-end originations process and business, Financial Analysis, Credit & Risk knowledge
- Customer-focused, with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in an inbound calling environment
- Understanding of privacy and risk compliance
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Understanding of Unsecured Lending processes desirableBanking/financial services experience desirable but not essential
