If you thrive in a vibrant and, energetic environment and are ready to bring your skills to a team that values inclusivity and fun, then this role is for you Your responsibilities will include: - Anticipating needs of the GM and Senior Leaders, by using business knowledge and acumen to prioritise and manage business stakeholders effectively- - Coordinating meetings, including room bookings, catering, and preparation of documentation- - Taking accurate minutes to document discussions, decisions, and action items- - Organising travel and accommodation- - Preparation of professional correspondence, reports, and presentations- - Coordinating social functions and events.- - Undertaking general administrative duties.To excel in this role, you'll need to be proactive, organised, and personable, with excellent communication skills. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, ideally with previous experience in a similar position.
