Our client is a leader in the **furniture industry** and is looking for an experienced **Dispatch Officer **with exceptional **customer service **skills.

**Key Responsibilities;**
- Answering enquiries from customers and internal staff regarding delivery issues
- Provide knowledgeable, courteous and helpful customer service to internal and external customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction in every transaction; daily target of # of bookings are achieved
- Trouble shoot, problem solve and offer the best possible solution to customer queries including complaints
- Prepare and enter dispatch information into the DISTRIB computer system with very high accuracy and in a timely manner
- Coordinate and manage delivery jobs for drivers and provide administrative support within the process
- Report and log customer concerns or requirements to staff in other departments in an appropriate and timely manner to minimize customer dissatisfaction
- Assist both dispatch and service departments if and when required as directed by the National Dispatch Operations Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
