Worklocker is a national workwear clothing, footwear & safety product retail brand with over 20 stores nationwide.

An opportunity exists for a friendly, enthusiastic retail sales extraordinaire to supervise our Worklocker Warners Bay store.

The role will be primarily based at our Warners Bay store. However you may also be required to work at our Morisset store on occasion.

**What your day might look like**:

- Provide high level customer service.
- Support the Store Manager with your sales and merchandising experience and expertise.
- Supervise a team of up to 2 team members
- Ensure stock is received and replenished in a timely manner
- Adhere to OH&S policies & procedures
- Cash handling, cashing up, end of day close and banking.
- Cleanliness and appearance of the shop

**What we’re looking for from you**:

- Proven retail and sales experience and stock management
- Must have excellent customer service skills and a good phone manner
- Leadership of a small team
- Resilience and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to seamlessly multitask and time manage
- Availability to work on weekends
- Good computer skills
- Mature attitude and great communication skills.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
