We are looking for a team leader to manage day to day operations of the team.

We are a family owned business, located in Raymond Terrace, offering our clients a vast amount of commercial and domestic lawn and property maintenance that is growing by the day.

About the Role

We are after someone who has a strong work ethic and the ability to assist the Client Services Director manage the day to day operations of the Lawn Maintenance team and to become a long term employee.

Your average day will include:
Providing direction and guidance to team members
Meeting Client's and scoping job
Using push mowers
Ride on lawn mowers
Creative hedging
Gardening
Edgers and Whipper Snippers
Brush cutting and blowing
All work shirts and PPE provided except work boots

Hours

You will be driving to the depot each morning with 7:30am starts.

Plenty of overtime available during summer months

Skills & Experiences

Previous experience in team management and lawn maintenance
WH&S experience
Must have an unrestricted manual drivers licence
National police check
Working with Children Check
Must have Covid-19 vaccination or be willing to obtain

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $37.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Signing bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Raymond Terrace NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
