**Knowledge and Skills**:

- 6-8 years of experience in the Identity Management Domain.
- More than 5 years of experience in Microsoft Identity Manager/Forefront Identity Manager.
- Ability to write and modify Rules Extensions - both MA Extensions and MV Extensions
- Detailed knowledge on the functioning of the MIM sync engine different types of Connectors, Precedence, Run profiles, etc.,
- In-depth Knowledge of implementing various use cases in the Enterprise Level.
- Good Knowledge on Active Directory and the Migration scenarios.
- Extensive knowledge of MIM portal like MPRs, Sets, Workflows, Schema extensions, UI elements of the Portal and Sync Rules.
- Create custom workflows and Management policy rules.
- Expertise in writing custom scripts for MIM interaction using both C#, Powershell.
- In depth knowledge of Lithnet library.
- Knowledge on FIM Reporting.
- .NET Development using C#.
- Good Knowledge on PowerShell.
- Hands on Experience in AD Connect and Azure AD.
- Knowledge on SQL and Cluster Management.
- Knowledge on MIM upgrades and new installations.
- Hands on experience in designing the Identity Management Solutions using MIM.
- Should have worked on Management Agents
- Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory
- Design infrastructure related to MIM Partitioning, data center deployments, failover and fallback strategies.
- Knowledge on extending MIM Infrastructure for Load Balancing and Disaster Recovery.
