The Role:
Kay & Burton provide a diverse working environment and your role will vary daily. Daily your role will include:
- Providing ongoing sales administration to the team by assisting with sales related activities
- Enter property details accurately into our database (CRM - Agent Box)
- Place orders for property marketing and book advertising spaces
- Manage internet property listings and build artwork for all boards, brochures and print media
- Coordinate correspondence to solicitors in relation to contract processing
- Upload open for inspections and cross check with appropriate websites to ensure accuracy
- Compile statistics, analyse and produce reports
- Prepare advertising schedules, files and authorities
- Prepare Open Packs/Auction Bags
- Other administrative duties as required
To be successful in this role you will need to possess:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales administration role will be highly regarded
Demonstrated administration experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong customer focus
- Well-developed networking skills
- A can do, positive attitude
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Current drivers licence and access to your own vehicle
