CBRE's Living Sectors, Capital Markets, focuses on the fast-growing build-to-rent (BTR), purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and co-living sectors across the Pacific region. The team provide funding and investment advice to developers and investors at all stages of the project lifecycle. CBRE are known to be market leaders in Living Sectors in Australia.

**About the role**:

- Partnering closely with a Senior Leader who brings deep sector knowledge and global experience.
- Preparing project marketing and investment presentations.
- Extensive financial modelling.
- Support on development funding and investment transactions.

**About you**:

- A relevant tertiary degree in Property or Finance.
- Real Estate industry experience preferred.
- Highly numerate, analytical with a proficiency in financial modelling.
- Methodical approach with an eye for detail.
- A team player with a strong work ethic.
- Client centric, people focused and outcomes driven approach.
