Allocations Officer

We are looking for a team member to join Melbourne Towing Service Pty Ltd. If you are have a positive outlook and are reliable this position is great.
This is a permanent full-time position Monday-Friday. No weekend work and all public holidays off.
**Main tasks include -**
- Taking incoming calls in relation to Accident Tows and Transport requests
- Allocating drivers
- Meeting timeslots and time deadlines
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure all paperwork for deliveries are complete
- Communicating to drivers and other divisions of the business
- Following up with insurance Companies
**What we need is someone to demonstrate the following criteria -**
- Have confidence talking to people over he phone or face to face
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and Self Motivated
- Good organisational and time management skill
- Has worked in a similar role within the transport industry
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Willingness to learn new tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Excel & Word
