Roller Operator and Labourer

  • $42 per hour + Penalties
  • Located in Murwillumbah and Surrounds
  • Immediate Start

About Our Client
Our client is seeking a skilled Roller Operator and Labourer to join their civil construction team based in the Murwillumbah area.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Operate smooth drum, padfoot, and multi-tyre rollers for compaction on roads, subdivisions, and infrastructure works
  • Perform general civil labouring tasks including trench digging, pipe laying, site clean-up, formwork assistance, and material handling
  • Follow site plans, levels, and instructions from supervisors and site managers
  • Conduct pre-start checks and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards
  • Maintain strong safety practices and comply with all company WHS policies

What You Will Need

  • Current drivers licence
  • White Card
  • Previous experience as a roller operator
  • Roller ticket
