We currently have an exciting Call Centre/Customer Support opportunity available.
6-month contract - October to April - with the opportunity to move to a Full-Time position

Position Summary:
To be successful in this position you will require excellent verbal skills, active listening skills and attention to detail. Rapid growth has created a consistent high volume of calls. We are looking for an experienced Customer Support person to assist in the following duties:
Duties may include:
Answering a high volume of incoming phone calls
Assisting customers in placing orders over the phone
Offer a broad product knowledge base to customers needing recommendations
Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone
Document and report failures, product improvements & issues impacting customer satisfaction
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring prompt and effective follow up and response to internal and external customers enquiries and concerns where appropriate.
Answering inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
Resolving problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions and escalating unresolved problems.
Maintaining call centre database by entering information.
Ad hoc tasks/projects as required

To be suitable for this position you must:
Exceptional customer service skills
Exceptional phone manner
Self motivated, able to set own priorities and work unsupervised
Ability and willingness to interchange roles within the business
Promptly respond to customer enquiries and complaints
Great organisational skills a must.
Previous call centre experience will be highly regarded
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Data entry skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong problem solver.
Have a willingness to contribute and be a part of a fast-paced team

Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial. This role is a minimum of 20 hours a week.

Pay: $35.00 per hour
