**Our Frankston Centre**:
We are excited to welcome you to Explorers Early Learning in Frankston. Built over two level's with incredible outdoor spaces. Detailed attention has been placed on planning each indoor and outdoor space at our centre, with a focus on nature and sustainability. Our centre will be designed to stimulate children’s creativity, exploration and sense of belonging.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor and support your team in the design of inviting learning environments and learning experiences
- Foster and support children's engagement, thinking, learning and well being
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with children, families and the community
- Contribute in staff meetings and work as part of a team in the whole centre

**Key requirements**:

- An approved ECT qualification
- VIT registration
- Experience running a kinder room would be highly desirable
- Passion for providing quality learning environments for children
- Commitment and professionalism
- A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- A good understanding of the Reggio Emilia Approach
- First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Working rights - Visa / Passport
