We are currently looking for an experienced and qualified store manager to join our

team at Prime Products Enterprises (WA)Pty Ltd, full-time, permanently.

**About the Role**

The store manager is responsible for handling the daily operations and management

+ superannuation.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage the whole daily operations and activities of the store
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and

procedures
- Hire, train, and oversee new staff
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to

store staff
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Develop and a range of promotional material and in-store displays
- Establish a Good Relationship with Prospective Clients
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a store manager
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good people management and leadership

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 3 years (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 3 years (preferred)
