We value our Store Managers and reward them accordingly. On offer is an attractive base salary of $62K per annum plus Superannuation and the potential to earn an additional 20% annually (paid quarterly) through our rewarding Incentive Program with further uncapped earning potential based on over delivery of targets.

Donut King Victoria Point is looking for a motivated Store Manager who has a passion and understanding for coffee and strives to provide the best service to our customers

Our crew members serve in excess of 16 million customers a year, selling one of our famous Cinnamon Donuts every 6.1 seconds. Recently crowned 2021 Coffee Shop of the Year by Roy Morgan we take our brew seriously and are looking for people that share our love of Coffee.

**What you bring to the Kingdom..**
We’ll provide you with the support and training required to hit the ground running. We’re looking for a great attitude, maturity, ambition, & energy. If this sounds like you we’d love to find the right opportunity in our team.
- Experience in leading a team within a high-volume retail or hospitality environment
- Experience delivering excellent customer experience
- Experience in managing financials, i.e Sales targets, labour targets, cost controls & wastage
- Willingness to learn, take initiative & think on your feet
- Supporting and developing the team to ensure they are providing best in class customer service within an enjoyable working environment
- Available to work on weekdays and weekends
