**About the role**

We are in an exciting stage of growth and want you to be on the frontline for our enquiries as well as help connect our customers with reputable local repairers the same way customers are used to booking a hotel or ordering takeaway. We are looking for strong, reliable and responsive communicators that have the ability to navigate numerous systems and provide exceptional customer service to our customers in time of need.

Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, you will be required to act as the first point of contact to an allocated selection of accounts, and General enquiries across the business, and process submissions and claims through the Accident Management process.

**What we are looking for**
- You have a customer-first mindset and well-developed experience in a customer service role.
- You have strong administration skills and can manage numerous tasks simultaneously.
- You will provide high level professional customer service and the ability to think on your feet as no enquiry is the same.
- Insurance/Claims background preferred but not essential
- You are Tech Savvy and customer focused
- A willingness to work with a diverse team and regional customers.
- Our offices are in Rhodes (which includes a free gym membership and access to swimming pool) and easy access to public transport as well as flexible working arrangements

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
