**Description**:
**Position Location**: Location negotiable - Port Pirie / Kadina / Clare or Peterborough
**Position Status**: Part Time 0.6FTE
**Closing Date for Applications**: 17th September 2024
The Children and Parenting Support Services program aims to ensure that children have the best start in life by focusing on targeted intervention approaches. These approaches aim to bring about positive family functioning, safely and child development outcomes for children and their families, particularly those who are vulnerable and/or disadvantaged.
As the Team Leader, you will ensure all staff under your direct supervision are supported to assess and respond to the individual needs of families in a manner which is inclusive and respectful. You will support your team to ensure they provide appropriate support to parents to achieve positive child development outcomes.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**You will**:

- Role model exemplary leadership and commitment to UCSA's vision and values.
- Contribute to the budget development and provide reports to the manager.
- Have empathy for children and their families particularly those who are vulnerable and/or disadvantaged.

**It is essential for you to have**:

- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
- Relevant experience, in a paid or voluntary capacity.

A Diploma (or above) in a Human Services or Management related discipline will be highly regarded.
**Special Conditions**:

- This role requires travel throughout our geographical footprint and occasional intra and interstate travel.
- You may also need to be available for some out of hours work.
