**About the role**

As a Retail Team Member at Kadina, you will be part of a dedicated team and will often be the first point of contact with our customers. In this role you will find out the needs of the customer and then present them with a suitable solution. As such you will need to have a thorough understanding of Stratco products and services and be willing to participate in ongoing training.

**Key **responsibilities**
- Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
- Providing yard hand and loading stock assistance
- General housekeeping activities
- Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies

**About you**
- Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Previous experience within a retail, sales and/or the building industry
- Eye for detail with strong administration and data entry skills
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet customer's needs
- Excellent communication skills and a personable, approachable team player attitude
- Possess a genuine desire to further develop their skill set in sales and design

**This is opportunity is open to applicants seeking either full time or casual employment, with the flexibility to work every or alternate Saturdays.**
