Part Time Administration Assistant

Bella Linda is a local small business based in The Gap, Brisbane, creating handcrafted smart displays for homes, workplaces, and the disability sector. We are looking for a motivated and reliable part-time Administration & Marketing Assistant to support our growing business.
This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible work during school hours (9am-2pm) for 1-2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan and organise receipts and documents
- Match invoices with expenses in QuickBooks
- Generate and send invoices to clients
- Maintain and update client records in our CRM system
- Follow up on outstanding payments and quoting/invoicing queries
- Assist with service subscription management
- (Bonus) Support with social media scheduling and basic content creation
What we’re looking for:
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable using or learning accounting/CRM software (QuickBooks, GoHighLevel, etc.)
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous admin, marketing and/or office experience is a bonus but not required
**Location**:
- In-person, The Gap QLD 4061 (best suited for local-person looking to fill school hours)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
