**About our Business**:
Allstar Gardening is a busy lawn mowing and gardening business servicing customers in Rockingham and Baldivis. We perform most gardening maintenance services including lawn mowing and care, weed control, and hedge/bush trimming.

We are experiencing rapid business growth and require the services of a Gardening Assistant to help meet customer demand.

**Duties**:

- This role is initially for a Casual Gardening Assistant position.
- You will be working alongside the owner of the business assisting in gardening tasks such as lawn mowing, edging, whipper snippering, weeding and weed spraying, laying mulch, hedge and bush trimming, and other various tasks as required.
- Hours will initially be Monday - Friday, 9am - 2pm.
- There is the potential for the role to evolve into a Leading Hand position if you show enthusiasm and competency, where hours per week can be increased from those above.

The successful applicant will:

- Have an eye for detail.
- Take pride in their work and complete tasks to a high quality.
- Be polite, professional and courteous to customers.
- Be reliable and able to show up for work in a drug
- and alcohol-free state.
- Be safety focused.
- Be physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.
- Enjoy working hard, both individually and part of a team.
- Have a driver’s licence.
- Have some previous gardening experience/knowledge.

Wages are in line with the Gardening and Landscape Services Award hourly rates which are $29.33 - $35.03 per hour plus superannuation.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.33 - $35.03 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Driver Licence (required)
