**About the Role**

Do you have a natural eye for detail? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Garden Maintenance Team Member. Embark on a journey where your love for gardening meets your knack for organising.

As a Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a skilled team within a premium entertainment facility located within the heart of Broadbeach.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain a permanent site - 5 days a week
- Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising
- Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions
- Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities
- Uphold Green By Nature’s reputation by maintaining a premium site whilst working amongst guests and staff of the facility

**About You**
- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens - Highly regarded
- Experience in indoor and outdoor plants as well as irrigation
- White Card
- Valid Drivers' license
- Team player with excellent communication skills
