You will be reporting to the Team Leader - Academic and work collaboratively with all other departments.

The Academic Coordinator is a key position with responsibilities for assisting in the day to day operations of the Academic Department.

The Academic Coordinator is responsible for the academic management, coordination and administration and working in conjunction with the Team leader to ensure the courses are coherent in design, planning, management, delivery and assessment.

About you:

- At least 2 years of experience in VET/CRICOS Education environment
- Strong knowledge and experience in coordinating the delivery of vocational courses and work placement arrangements.
- Familiar with the Student Management System (RTO manager) and the e-learning Platform (Moodle)
- Ability to work autonomously
- Knowledge and compliance with the VET Quality Framework
