**Our Family**:

- I'm Damian, Dad of 2 wonderful kids - an (almost) 7 year old boy and a 5 year old girl. I work from home (but travel occasionally for work), and my ex is a doctor who works at various hospitals around Brisbane. The kids alternate households a week at a time between my place in Kangaroo Point (currently), and my ex's place in Holland Park, and the kids go to school in Holland Park. Although separated, my ex and I have a healthy working relationship when it comes to the kids and support each other and the kids extremely well.

**Your Duties**:

- School dropoffs and pickups, as well as bringing them to sport or dancing sometimes (depends how busy we are - we both work fairly inconsistent hours). Some light cooking (only for the kids), baths/showers and helping get ready for school. My ex generally needs assistance on Monday afternoon/evenings and Tuesday mornings, and I need help usually Tuesday mornings and afternoons, and Thursday mornings. We would love it if there was some flexibility here though. We have other support through my parents, but I have meetings scattered all over the place, so we could occasionally use some more help

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- For the past 2 years we've had a wonderful and extremely flexible nanny who is about to move on to a full-time career. We've been very lucky, and we're hoping to find someone to fill her shoes We'd love someone who is playful, but able to get the kids on task when there's homework, or they need to get ready. Someone who is happy to kick a ball around, play with dolls, read to them (or help them read) and get them dressed and eating when required.
