**About the Assignment**
- Electronically register project documentation, ensure document metadata is complete and correct, upload and distribute documents through the document control software (Pims),
- Distribute documents to relevant parties using appropriate matrices and tracking procedures,
- Manage workflows for the distribution, review and commenting of contractor documents,
- Expedite delivery of information from project personnel, contractors and suppliers,
- Prepare and issue reports on a regular basis providing project management with a clear understanding of overdue comments, late contractor document issue and other concerns as may be requested,
- Interface with contractors providing them with the project requirements for document numbering, file transfer, completion of metadata,
- Document work processes in the form of procedures and work instructions as required,
- Identify and analyse project trends, suggest and contribute to business effective enhancements.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualification would be desirable
- Extensive experience in document control/ management/ project information management within the petrochemical or O&G
- Good knowledge of Pims software
- Ability to understand both the team and role’s purpose and accountabilities that need to be delivered
- Manage high workload while managing expectations of stakeholders
- Goal orientated and capability to work within timeframes
