**Uplus Real Estate is seeking a motivated, experienced and outgoing Real Estate Sales partner interested in launching their property career to join our Dickson based team. This role will require you to be an organised, self motivated property sales person to work well under pressure and be adaptable and willing to achieve KPI.**

**We are seeking an energetic Real Estate Sales to join our rapidly expanding team. Your Next Role Including**:

- Lead generation - sales calls, door knocking, letter box dropping etc.
- Listing and selling
- Marketing and advertising
- Legal requirements and contracts
- All general sales activity
- Property investment
- Ongoing professional business development
- Personal and professional goal setting

**About You**:

- Proven Real Estate Sales experience
- Ability to get listings
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Must have valid Driver’s Licence

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

- Dickson, ACT 2602: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
