This role will require you to be an energised all-rounder with confidence and stamina. You will need to be organised, work well under pressure and be adaptable and willing to learn new things, as this role will encompass learning many different responsibilities in the real estate industry.**

We are seeking an energetic Real Estate Sales Assistant/Trainee to join our rapidly expanding Coorparoo team. Your Next Role Including
- Front office reception & administration
- Sales administration
- Lead generation - sales calls, door knocking, letter box dropping etc.
- Listing and selling
- Marketing and advertising
- Legal requirements and contracts
- All general sales activity
- Property management
- Property investment
- Ongoing professional development
- Personal and professional goal setting

About You
- Proven Real Estate Sales experience
- Self-starter with drive and passion
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Must have valid Driver’s Licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $46,830.76 - $109,561.62 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dickson, ACT 2602: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
