Recruitment Coordinator

**Ventia is one of the largest essential services providers in Australia and New Zealand. **We provide a comprehensive range of operational maintenance, design and construction, remediation, and asset and facilities management services to clients and customers across the resources, telecommunications, transport, energy, water, health, and industrial sectors.**

The Yallourn Power Station Alliance is an alliance between EnergyAustralia and Ventia. The Alliance is responsible for the short and long-term maintenance and asset management activities associated with the Yallourn Power Station.

The Alliance requires an experienced **Recruitment Coordinator** to join the team on a 12 month full time fixed term contract, with the opportunity for ongoing employment.

This position will be based at Yallourn Power Station with flexible working arrangements.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding a large volume of new and existing trades employees
- Screening resumes and applicants
- Administration tasks - checking licenses and compliance
- Updating databases
- Organising medicals, site access and coordinating a variety of tasks
- Adhoc duties as required
- Providing updates to Management regarding recruitment activities

**About You**:

- Experience in high volume recruitment - blue collar desirable
- Must have flexible working approach to meet our high demands
- Be highly motivated and hardworking
- Ability to build & foster productive and co-operative working relationships
- Strong administration skills and high attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding and interpretation of Enterprise Agreements - EBAs
