**Role Overview**:
Aptella are looking for a Support Technician to join their team based in Balcatta. This is a full-time role reporting to the Support Services Manager. The primary objectives of this role are to provide support to customers in relation to service, hire and sales of GIS/Mapping, GPS, Total Station, Machine Control and Software solutions.

Ideally you have a background in Operational Technology or similar discipline and have a strong interest in problem solving..

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Providing technical phone support
- Managing support Cases within Case Management Framework
- Field Support for Geo-Spatial and/ or Mining products icl. Machine Control products
- Internal Support for Field Services Team
- Assisting Pre-Delivery Team Leader in setting up Hire Equipment and Geo-Spatial deliveries
- Assisting Field Services Scheduler with field service requirements and scheduling
- Customer liaison to assist with delivery requirements and system setup.
- Delivery of basic user training to customers

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will have the following attributes:

- Experience with Operational Technology
- Experience with Networks or RF communication technology
- Familiarisation with heavy machinery and site operations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team oriented, excellent interpersonal skills and positive outgoing personality.

- Ability to build and manage relationships.
