Are you sick of working hospitality shift times while your friends are out socialising? Missing weekend events, sport and Sunday sessions?

While our industry usually requires direct experience - we are seeking a person with a positive attitude, basic computer knowledge, excellent customer service and organisational skills to join our work family - that doesn’t need any direct experience.

With all on the job training provided - get your afterhours and weekends back and work a standard weekday roster to embark on a new career path in the Automotive sector for one of the most successful and privately owned Automotive businesses in Queensland.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have excellent communication skills and an unwavering commitment to customer service and adopt best practice business procedures. Previous experience in an Automotive Dealership will still be considered for this role.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Provide excellent customer and internal communication
- A pleasant and professional manner in person and over the phone
- Follow company and Manufacturer policies, processes and systems
- Process paperwork in a correct and timely manner
- Achieve dealership Customer Satisfaction requirements
- Team oriented attitude - contribute toward solutions and team planning
- Ensure correct manufacturer warranty requirements are met
- Current driver's licence
- Need to have the unrestricted right to work in Australia

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $89,999.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brendale, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
