**Applejack Hospitality** is on the lookout for some front-of-house staff to join the family Due to the training and upskilling of our current staff into Management, increased trade at our venues, and our new venue opening - we are looking to recruit:

**What we are looking for**:

- _Hold a NSW RSA_
- _An expert communicator - with customers and fellow staff_
- _Previous experience in customer service_
- _The ability to carry 3 plates & use of a POS system_
- _Hard-working, a dedicated individual looking to propel their career_
- _Have the ability to work a hospitality roster_

Entertaining a range of corporate VIP clientele, tourists, and Sydney locals. The restaurant is named after the director's grandfathers and pay respect to Sydney in the 1950’s, offering a lived-in luxury feel and an old-world F&B concept.

The Australian menu centres around honest and generous share food with Mediterranean influences, and is predominantly cooked on the in-house wood grill or charcoal oven.

The cocktail list features popular classic & signature cocktails tailored with Australian ingredients and Mediterranean charm. Bopp & Tone has over 200 wines on the list that aim to champion those at the forefront of sustainable viticulture and enology in Australia and abroad.
