Working in a team of passionate hospitality professionals you'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences and delivering an amazing service to visiting guests. Whether it be working on the floor, behind the bar, in the café, or in the kitchen your goal is to go over and above what is required to deliver an exceptional offering and friendly environment for staff and customers.

We like to have fun while we work and reward hard work with regular outings and social events. Applejack staff have discounts at all our venues and access to many company benefits and recourses.

**Bopp & Tone (B&T)**
Located in the heart of the CBD Bopp & Tone is Applejack's largest venue with a 220-seat restaurant and cocktail delivering a range of fabulous wines, cocktails, and spirits to a range of corporate VIP clientele, tourists and Sydney locals. The restaurant is named after the owner's grandfathers and pays respect to Sydney in the 1950’s, offering a lived-in luxury feel and an old-world F&B concept.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- To deliver excellent customer service at all times
- 2+ years bartending experience in a busy restaurant or bar
- Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails and spirit lines
- WSET is a bonus but not essential just a passion to learn wine varietals
- A great team spirit and sociable nature
- Excellent personal presentation
- A lively charming and confident personality
- Keen to learn & contribute to the growth of the business.
