**The Role**:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Inclusion Support Educator to join our team. You will assist in supporting children with additional needs, working alongside educators, families, and specialists to ensure all children feel valued and included.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide individualised support to children with additional needs.
- Collaborate with educators to implement inclusive practices and adapt learning programs.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental progress.
- Maintain clear and confidential records regarding children’s development.
- Liaise with families and external professionals to deliver consistent support.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or currently working towards this qualification.
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) is mandatory.
- Experience or interest in supporting children with additional needs is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
- Flexibility and willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
