The role will support a strong and growing, sales team completing pricing requests as they arrive. You will assist the team in attaining monthly and annual targets. With your experience, you are expected to arrive and hit the ground running as you work autonomously to assist the business to meet customer requirements. The role is instrumental in assuring focused and productive communication with the new and existing clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

**What you will be required to do**:

- Supporting the Projects team in attaining targets
- Assist the Operations team with CW1 data entry
- Assist the Operations team with general duties
- Maintain accurate records
- Utilisation of DSV Cherwell system to lodge legal documents for review
- Track, and update, Commercial register
- Track, and update, Tender register
- Track, and update, Pipeline register
- Maintains accurate records
- Assist with proposal presentations and responses
- Assisting, and attending, as required internal and external client meetings
- Assisting in the implementation

**About you**:

- Minimum three years of working knowledge, or suitable and demonstrable experience in operations roles with pricing aspects
- Experience in all aspects of intermodal logistics pricing
- Experience working with airlines, transport companies and shipping lines
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite of software particularly Excel
- Understanding of CW1 software (preferred)
- Understanding of CRM software (preferred)
