Utility Network Consultant

Expertise in GIS projects with more emphasis on telecom and utility network projects with 12 - 15 years of experience.
Sound knowledge in Implementation, Migration, Upgradation of GIS systems (like ESRI ArcGIS, 3-GIS and any other GIS systems)
Work closely with customers and partners to identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the 3-GIS software based on ArcGIS platform.
Mapping and migration of ‘Special Net’ fibre network & Oracle special data to 3-GIS system.
Communicate best practices for building and maintaining an enterprise GIS.
Extensive development experience with Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and other API technologies (REST & SOAP), web services development.
Consultancy on critical OSS/BSS process and lifecycle management of Telecom and Utility networks like Asset Management, Operations, and Maintenance.
Integration of GIS systems with OSS related external systems like SAP, SCADA, and BSS related external systems like CRM, CIBS etc.

**Salary**: $750.00 - $800.00 per day
