We are seeking an enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our team at Church Street Children's Centre. A brand new purpose-built facility that ensures children feel happy, calm and ready to learn. Engaging and flexible indoor and outdoor play spaces filled with plenty of natural resources to support children's development.

There opportunities for a Certificate III and Diploma educators:
**Position 1**: Part time Certificate III co-educator working 17.5 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday 8am - 415pm and Wednesday 9.30am - 11.30am) This is working in our sessional kindergarten 3 years - 4 years age group

**Position 2**: Full time Certificate III co-educator working 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday on a rotating roster) This is working with our 18mnths - 2.5yrs age group

**Position 3**: Full time Diploma educator working 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday on a rotating roster) This is working with our 3yrs - 5yrs integrated kinder.

Working fulltime, you will receive a RDO each month

**What will you do?**

Work collaboratively with your team to provide an appropriate developmental and enriching program for children which maximises opportunities for them to develop to their full potential

Build and maintain positive and meaningful relationships with children, families, staff and the local community

Be a motivated and driven Educator, who will actively contribute to the program, through detailed observations & documentation

Build positive behaviour guidance strategies and provide spontaneous play-based learning experiences to extend on children's learning

Contribute to a child safe environment ensuring standards are met on a daily basis

**What is essential in a Diploma Educator?**
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
- Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standard
- Current Working with Children’s Check and National Police Check
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate
